I survived a week so far
After what was a very shakey start (really bad stomach upset and cramps) the second half of the week I was able to smash it out of the park.
I plan this Wednesday on a day off to make a soup full of the vegetables that I can eat (as theres something I cant eat such as pumpkin and potato.
So.. one week down.. I didn't go the gyn last week, being hungry and then adding gym work just did not seem logical. Starting from Tomorrow (Tuesday) .. I will be heading to the gym for a 5km walk each day to start things off. Am I looking forward to it? No. Will I enjoy it? No... But I do it because it needs to be done.......... but I do know that once I get into it I will start to enjoy it again.
In other news Dr Who was on Sunday.. sat up and watched it... cannot wait for the finale of True Blood when I get home tonight, does not seem like it can all wrap up with one episode left? but time will tell.
I have my first weigh in this Thursday.. and I am hoping with 1 week of detox and hard work (no cheating) that it will show on the scales.. but time will tell.
