Day 1

Well technically day two.. But day one giving up the things I love.... Well mostly
No withdrawals yet lol. 
Not heading to the gym tonight, too damn cold and ill head on Sunday.
From Sunday i plan on going 4 days per week.
2 swimming
2 treadmill

Cooking chicken when I get home tonight, going back to the basics and building from there
